Goodswan’s “Aquarium” cover debuts on Lenta.ru!
Today, Lenta.ru debuted our new cover of a song by the famous Russian group “Aquarium”, in honor of their 40th Anniversary celebration this year. We created all-new English lyrics and instrumentation for it, keeping the original spirit while adding our own “Goodswanized” style to it. Head on over to the site and hear it for yourself!

Goodswan plays Father of Sam’s CD release party
Father of Sam, friends and fellow musicians, asked Goodswan to play at their CD release party on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2011. At Fat Baby’s NYC in the Lower East Side, Goodswan celebrated FOS’s new album “C-Section” with a six song from “Dancing Tank”. This show was Goodswan’s last gig of 2011. See “Shadows” below!
Goodswan plays NYC’s “The Bitter End”
Goodswan played The Bitter End in New York City’s Village on October 22nd, 2011, with an energetic 45 minute set in front of their fans and many new faces. Get a taste of the gig with “Terrorize” below!

Free music? Goodswan says “no”.
Goodswan is often asked if we will make our music free to download online. Well, our answer is no. We’ve never felt that this is a good way to operate, even at the expense of some extra promotion for our group. We are nowhere near wealthy enough to donate the results of our hard-work and creativity to a mass audience. That said, we always are ready to give our music generously to those who specifically approach us and show a strong interest.
If you really want to support Goodswan and our continued efforts, make a small investment and buy our music from Amazon or iTunes.

Goodswan played The Delancey in New York City’s Lower East Side on September 29th, 2011. Overall, the energy was high and the band had a great time playing the venue and seeing our supporters. We look forward to the next show on October 22nd at the Bitter End!
